CHOICE Arrangement

A CHOICE Arrangement is a type of health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) that allows employers to give employees tax-free money to buy their own individual health insurance, instead of offering a traditional group health plan. CHOICE Arrangements were previously known as Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs).
